Privacy Policy
Effective date:
Operator and scope
everyreview.org is a knowledge, experience and discussion service operated by 삼성AI솔루션 in the Republic of Korea. This policy covers service accounts, content and personal data requests.
Information and purposes
Google sign-in processes the provider and account identifiers used to link your account, your name, email address and email verification status. Service accounts store a handle, display name, language preferences and creation/update records. Session and CSRF cookies and temporary sign-in verification data support sign-in and request protection. If you register a passkey, we process its public key, credential identifier and usage records; this does not collect the biometric data on your device.
Content and visibility
We process submitted reviews, ratings, experience and relationship disclosures, posts, comments, sources, correction requests and related history to provide and review the service. Public content, author display names/handles, public profiles and verification badges can be seen by others. Account email addresses, server drafts, follows, notifications, reports, appeals and private verification evidence have restricted access separately from public review text. Personal information you put in public content can be seen by others. Do not post other people’s personal information or unnecessary sensitive information.
Private evidence and security
Optional receipts and other verification evidence, file type/size/hash and review records are processed to check experience and prevent abuse. Evidence is kept in private storage with access limited by permissions and reviewer assignment. A public verification badge does not publish the original evidence file. Sign-in and write protection uses rate-limit keys derived from IP addresses, request identifiers and action/review audit records.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare hosting, databases, object storage and request protection, and Google as a sign-in provider. Information needed for web requests and sign-in is processed through these providers. Google sign-in requests the openid, email and profile scopes. This policy does not guarantee a particular storage country. Providers’ own policies also apply to information they process in their services.
Retention and deletion
Accounts and content are retained for service operation and review. Original private evidence becomes eligible for deletion once review has finished and 30 days have passed since the last review. Pending reviews and retention holds are excluded. Deletion is processed separately, so eligibility does not mean immediate deletion at that time. Account deletion processing revokes sessions, replaces identifying account fields with a deleted-user identity, withdraws reviews/posts/comments and erases or replaces their text and related revision contents. Server drafts, follows, notifications, linked sign-in identities and passkey data are also subject to deletion. Deletion records needed for integrity and reapplying erasure after a restore, and some action/review records, may remain. Evidence under a retention hold may be handled differently from ordinary deletion. Deletion does not mean immediate physical erasure of every record. Device drafts are separate from account deletion; also clear the site data in the relevant browser yourself.
Access, export and deletion requests
After signing in, use the privacy section in your personal account to request a data export or account deletion and confirm the request. View its processing status and any available download on the request page. Exports provide JSON account data and your content, drafts, requests and activity records; they do not automatically include every original evidence file. Processing is asynchronous and may fail or require additional handling. Downloads require your authenticated account and an unexpired request. Contact us below for access difficulties, questions or correction requests.
